On August 21st and 22nd 2025, ARCT RUHUKA held a transformative two-day workshop on Stress Management at Centre Saint André Hotel in Kabgayi. The workshop brought together staff from across the organization for an immersive experience focused on mental health, resilience, and workplace well-being.
Facilitated by internal experts, the sessions provided practical tools to prevent burnout, fostered open conversations around feedback and accountability, and reinforced ARCT RUHUKA’s commitment to cultivating a culture of care and responsiveness. Participants engaged in reflective exercises, peer learning, and strategy development to strengthen both individual and team resilience.
This initiative is part of ARCT RUHUKA’s broader commitment to mental health and psychosocial support—not only within our organization but across Rwanda’s development sector. Through our specialized training program, ARCT RUHUKA offers tailored workshops to other institutions seeking to address stress, burnout, and well-being in the workplace. These sessions are designed to equip teams with evidence-based strategies, promote healthy communication, and build inclusive environments where mental health is prioritized.
As a national leader in trauma-informed care and psychosocial support, ARCT RUHUKA continues to invest in capacity-building efforts that empower organizations to create safe, supportive, and productive workspaces.
